Friedrich Nietzsche mentioned that life without music would be a mistake. I agree.
Listening to music is wonderfull. making my own music is enjoying life.
I'll never be a real vertuoso. I don't wish to. Making people happy with my music is all I want.

I do share my passion with other musicians in several ways.

My friend Joep and I form the duo Balderik.

The Waardenburgs Visserskoor gives me great satisfaction. I do my musical accompaniment with several instruments.

A few years back I started playing the Great Highland bagpipes at Herivvarda PDP (Dutch Pipes and Drums). Unfortunately the band had to stop.
Now I'm playing with the Dutch Pipes and Drums from Tilburg and with the Dutch Military Pipes and Drums Falcon Guards.

Sometimes I do play solo.
At churchly events, funerals and weddings my music is highly appreciated. This completes my misson.
